About the Role Join Lifebit as a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our AI-powered federated data platform for population-scale health and life sciences. You will bridge cutting-edge science and software, translating business goals into a concrete product roadmap that delivers value for clinicians and researchers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of AI capabilities within a chat-based product interface, building agentic solutions that leverage tools, skills, agents, and diverse data sources
  • Drive data modeling, transformation, and standardization; own the data ingestion pipeline to ensure data is AI-ready and optimized for advanced analytics
  • Lead the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment, coordinating cross-functional squads to deliver features in continuous cycles
  • Own and plan the product roadmap with an outcome-based focus aligned to Series B scaling targets
  • Collaborate with Design and User Research to integrate advanced user analytics and create intuitive interfaces for complex scientific workflows
  • Measure, track, and report product KPIs to stakeholders, providing data-driven rationale for pivots and investments
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence as the source of truth for technical specifications and ensure clear communication across Engineering and Product teams
  • Work with Legal and Clinical teams to ensure compliance with UK data residency, GDPR, and international health data standards

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in product management within an Agile team
  • 2+ years of demonstrated work with agentic AI products
  • Proven track record owning and executing complex product roadmaps from inception to launch
  • Technical proficiency with Jira and Confluence; ability to discuss API architecture and data schemas with engineers
  • Analytical rigor with design-thinking principles and data-driven iteration
  • Growth mindset with experience in a high-growth Series B startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Biotech Acumen: Experience in genetics, medical sciences, or Bioinformatics is a significant plus, but passion for the field is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 gross annually + performance-based bonus
