Company Description

Our client is building the AI operating system for the industrial supply chain — connecting warehouses, manufacturers, logistics providers, and workers that power the physical goods people rely on every day.

The company began by tackling labor and building a staffing marketplace that provides industrial businesses with consistent, reliable temporary workforces. Since then, it has expanded into an AI and software layer designed to transform how industrial supply chain businesses operate.

The company is now building AI agents that help logistics providers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and other industrial businesses automate manual workflows, derive insights from operational data, and improve decision-making.

The product portfolio combines marketplace technology, staffing workflows, enterprise software, AI agents, operational data, and automation to solve complex problems across the industrial supply chain.

The team is approximately 75 people and operates in a fast-growing startup environment with a strong focus on customer impact, operational excellence, and rapid product development.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, ML teams, other product managers, operations, field teams, customers, and senior product leadership.

There are two primary product areas for this search:

Staffing AI: Own and evolve the core staffing and marketplace product, solving complex problems across customer demand, worker supply, matching, fulfillment, marketplace liquidity, and operational efficiency.

AI Agents / Neo AI: Join as a founding member of the Agents team and help build a 0-to-1 agentic platform that operates within customers' supply chain workflows, using AI to reason through complex processes, make decisions, and execute operational work.

Both tracks require strong product judgment, technical fluency, customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to operate with significant ownership in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

Staffing AI

  • Own product strategy across core staffing and marketplace workflows
  • Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes
  • Work across both sides of the marketplace, including enterprise customers and workers
  • Understand customer demand, worker supply, marketplace liquidity, matching, and fulfillment dynamics
  • Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering to execute them
  • Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
  • Use data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions
  • Partner with data analysts to understand marketplace performance and identify product opportunities
  • Design internal tooling and technical solutions that allow operations to scale
  • Build products that improve reliability and quality across staffing workflows
  • Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments
  • Work closely with operations and field teams to understand real-world workflows
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and marketplace dynamics
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly across systems, workflows, operational models, and product strategy
  • Work directly with senior product leadership to define priorities and product direction

AI Agents / Neo AI

  • Own product strategy for an AI agent platform transforming industrial supply chain workflows
  • Join as a founding product member of the Agents team
  • Help build a 0-to-1 agentic product platform from the ground up
  • Work directly with customers and early design partners to identify high-value AI workflows
  • Embed deeply in customer operations to understand how work is currently performed
  • Rapidly validate and prototype product concepts alongside customers
  • Partner closely with product engineers and ML teams to design and ship production AI agents
  • Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work
  • Define product behavior and expected system outcomes
  • Develop evaluation systems and quality frameworks for AI agent reliability and performance
  • Determine how agents should behave across ambiguous and evolving workflows
  • Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions
  • Develop a deep understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and system architecture
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical customer-facing products
  • Design workflows where AI agents can automate operational tasks and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for AI agents to reason across multiple systems and data sources
  • Work closely with founders, engineers, ML teams, and early customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer operations and the problems AI can solve
  • Iterate quickly as model capabilities and product requirements evolve
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly across system behavior, evaluations, user experience, and business impact
  • Shape the product roadmap and technical direction for the AI platform
  • Own products from initial customer discovery and problem definition through launch and iteration

Cross-Functional Product Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, ML, operations, and go-to-market teams
  • Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product requirements
  • Define product strategy, priorities, requirements, and success metrics

  • Balance customer needs with technical constraints and business objectives
  • Work across technical and operational environments to understand how products function in practice
  • Communicate product decisions and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of product outcomes rather than simply managing delivery
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities
  • Work directly with senior leadership and contribute to broader company strategy
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal operational teams
  • Translate complex systems and workflows into clear product strategies
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure products are practical, scalable, and reliable
