About the Role
Product Manager-Poultry is a full-time role at Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed. You will own the direction, development, and impact of poultry products, collaborating with global and regional teams to drive product strategy, market success, and business results. Based in Beijing, this role focuses on end-to-end product management for core poultry portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of core poultry products and portfolios, developing customer-oriented marketing strategies to drive demand and hit business targets.
- Lead annual brand planning, including market positioning, value proposition, marketing campaigns, and budget, coordinating with sales, technical, marketing communications, and other internal functions.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies and solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end launch process for new products and solutions, including roadmap planning, positioning, launch kit preparation, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, participating in long-term product planning and new opportunity assessments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or product management, with familiarity in the animal nutrition/health industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
