About the Role
Product Manager, Payments will own building global payment rails spanning traditional fiat methods and emerging crypto/stablecoin solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, design, legal, risk, and go-to-market teams to deliver seamless payment experiences for enterprises operating across fiat and digital asset ecosystems.
What You'll Do

Build Crypto/Stablecoin payment flows including stablecoin and wallet integrations as well as blockchain settlement mechanisms.

Drive stablecoin feature launches from conception to market, including USDC, USDT, and other stablecoin integrations across multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams early in the development lifecycle to shape product plans that support fiat and crypto payment methods.

Build comprehensive payment experiences that integrate traditional banking rails with crypto payment options for merchants across all payment types.

Navigate regulatory landscapes for crypto payments, working with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving digital asset regulations across jurisdictions.

What We're Looking For

2-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fast-paced fintech or crypto startups.

Proven crypto/blockchain experience including hands-on work with stablecoin integrations, wallet connectivity, smart contracts, or digital asset payment systems.

Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems including USDC, USDT, and knowledge of their underlying mechanisms and use cases.

API design obsession with specific experience in financial APIs and blockchain/crypto API integrations; ability to craft a great developer experience for both traditional and crypto developers.

Strong technical understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transaction lifecycles, gas optimization, multi-chain architecture, and consensus mechanisms.

Regulatory awareness of crypto compliance requirements, AML/KYC for digital assets, and emerging global regulatory frameworks.

Data-driven approach with ability to analyze blockchain transaction data, traditional payment metrics, and user behavior patterns.

Nice to Have

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field with additional coursework or certifications in blockchain technology.

Proven track record of launching successful crypto/stablecoin payment products or features at scale.

Experience with major blockchain networks, development tools, and integration patterns.

Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, or blockchain infrastructure companies.
