What you will do

We are seeking an experienced marketer to develop customer-centric strategies and tactical plans that enhance customer experience and deliver clinical value to patients in the Hematology space. This role is responsible for managing the commercial success of the assigned brand while preparing for future growth opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Product Manager will lead brand strategy and execution to maximize business impact throughout the product(s) lifecycle.
- Be accountable for brand strategic, operational and customer coordinating matters.
- Detailed development and implementation of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators to measure brand success.
- Drive strategic stakeholder engagement including KOLs and key accounts.
- Lead development and tracking of cross-functional tasks for the brand.
- Develop and deliver net sales targets with the support of cross functional areas
- Ownership and oversight of brand budgets
- Own the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance teams) and external business partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
- Develops and implements brand strategies, plans and promotional activities (visual aids, congresses, etc.)
- Gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, manage projects, and communicate progress through regular business updates.
