About the Role Molex is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management of assigned product lines. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, drive business growth, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and market opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive product commercialization activities, including business case development, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead cost reduction, capacity planning, and product improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within electronic components, connectivity solutions, or a related technology industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin to support engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in product commercialization, pricing, and market analysis.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
