About the Role Experian is seeking a commercially minded, technically fluent Product Manager to lead and evolve our Intelligent Document Processing IDP platform. You will translate client needs into well-defined product increments and operate at the intersection of client relationship management, commercial strategy and delivery execution, including collaboration with an offshore Hyderabad engineering team and diverse internal stakeholders. Reporting into the Product Directory, you will own a meaningful slice of the product's commercial performance and its contribution to the product P&L. What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the IDP platform, prioritising a backlog of features based on client value, technical feasibility and commercial return.
- Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, lead regular engagements (roadmap reviews, business reviews) and translate client feedback into well-scoped requirements and user stories.
- Develop and communicate clear release goals with measurable success criteria; align across compliance, operations and commercial functions.
- Build commercial awareness: understand the product P&L, develop business cases, shape packaging and pricing with commercial teams, and track adoption and value delivered to clients.
- Act as Product Owner in an Agile framework, oversee sprint ceremonies, collaborate with offshore development teams and ship iterative value drops; define sprint and release KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder communications with senior leaders and ensure regulatory, legal and risk considerations are addressed throughout development. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a financial services or FinTech environment.
- Client-facing experience with a track record of building trusted relationships.
- Commercial experience including developing business cases, pricing and P&L awareness.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, with proficient backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Ability to operate in early-stage or evolving product contexts with rapid iteration.
- Domain knowledge in financial services (e.g. KYC, AML, lending) or document processing.
- Familiarity with IDP, OCR, document intelligence or data extraction technology is advantageous. Nice to Have
