About the Role
- The Product Manager (Physical channels) role owns the product vision, roadmap, feature execution, and lifecycle management of all Smart POS terminals, payment applications, and in-person acceptance solutions across Android, Linux, and Mini POS hardware form factors (e.g., HorizonPay K11/T50/H70, Newland N90).
- You will bridge business requirements, merchant needs, and engineering execution — ensuring total feature parity between legacy and new app builds, introducing value-added services (PWBT, Dispute Management, Merchant Loans, EOD reporting), and scaling processing volumes across strategic merchant portfolios.
