About the Role LEGO System A/S is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the connected product app within the Creative Play Lab. You will own the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmaps, partnering with design and technology teams to deliver high-quality experiences that spark creativity and learning through play for children and adults. What You'll Do
- Champion the voice of the user by translating research, analytics, support tickets, and app store reviews into opportunities that deliver value to users and the business.
- Own the app's vision, strategy, and mobile roadmap end-to-end from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration; dive deep into analytics to understand journeys.
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests, phased rollouts) and make data-driven ship/iterate/stop decisions; define success metrics and ensure tracking of retention, adoption, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximize value; communicate roadmaps, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Craft inspirational demos to convey the product vision and user benefits; document release notes for diverse audiences including quality, regulatory, and compliance; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; partner daily with design, tech lead, and TPM to scope work and unblock decisions; drive delivery from definition through build, launch, and growth. What We're Looking For
- Experienced product manager with a passion for helping children be creative and learn through play; experience leadership in mobile app products.
- Strong analytical, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making skills; proven ability to define and track metrics (retention, adoption, engagement, conversion).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to present roadmaps, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership.
- Proven ability to translate user research into opportunities and build end-to-end roadmaps; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with design, engineering, and TPM.
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality/compliance considerations and creating clear release notes for diverse audiences.
