Peraton is seeking an Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI.
-
The Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator will support MARFORPAC IKM efforts by designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions for enhanced command and control (C2), data analytics, and information sharing. The role is focused on technical solutions, architecture analysis, and integration of advanced capabilities across the command’s IM environment. This includes evaluating technical resources, managing system migrations, and documenting system requirements.
-
This is a hands-on technical implementation role for an information-management professional who can build and sustain data integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled staff products. The successful candidate will use code, queries, APIs, data-preparation tools, and approved AI capabilities to build and sustain C2/IM data products. Candidates must be able to learn new mission systems, including Palantir Maven Smart System, and apply agentic AI workflows responsibly to improve analysis, automation, documentation, and staff-product development. This is not a pure infrastructure, cybersecurity, records-management, or SharePoint-administration role. Candidates must be able to work directly with data and technical solutions.
-
Tasks Include:
-
Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts, queries, APIs, and automated workflows that support C2, IM, and command decision-making.
-
Extract, clean, validate, integrate, and visualize data from approved operational, planning, and enterprise systems.
-
Develop and sustain dashboards and decision-support products using tools such as Palantir Maven Smart System, Power BI, SharePoint, and approved Microsoft 365 capabilities.
-
Use generative AI and agentic AI workflows, where appropriate, to assist with data preparation, code development, documentation, analysis, and product development; validate outputs, maintain human oversight, and ensure appropriate security, auditability, and mission use.
-
Evaluate the reliability, limitations, and operational usefulness of AI-enabled outputs before they are incorporated into staff processes or decision-support products.
-
Integrate approved AI-enabled and agentic AI workflows into staff processes to improve analysis, product development, information sharing, and workflow automation.
-
Translate operational requirements and Information Exchange Requirements into technical specifications, data definitions, interface requirements, and test criteria.
-
Assess proposed changes to the IM/C2 environment; document architecture, dependencies, risks, security considerations, and sustainment requirements.
-
Support SharePoint and M365 information architecture, including metadata, permissions, migration planning, data access, and automated workflows.
-
Work with operational staff, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and system administrators to test, field, document, and sustain technical solutions.
-
Brief technical options, risks, limitations, and recommendations to technical and senior-leader audiences.
