About the Role We are seeking a proactive Product Manager / Business Analyst to drive product discovery, define scope, manage backlogs, and coordinate across teams for client projects at light-it. The role blends product thinking with project management in a fast-changing environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and facilitate demos, sprint reviews, and roadmap discussions.
- Organize the team, maintain visibility on progress and blockers, and keep the team motivated.
- Translate client goals and requirements into actionable tasks and plans for the team.
- Manage priorities, risks, and client expectations; monitor project metrics and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients at different levels of technical and business knowledge.
- Identify new opportunities within the project and the client relationship.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English; confident in client-facing settings.
- Strong project management: planning, status reporting, cross-team coordination.
- Understanding of software development; comfortable in technical environments.
- Experience with product discovery, scope definition, backlog management, and feature prioritization based on impact and effort.
- Product mindset; focus on delivering meaningful outcomes aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Healthcare domain knowledge valued.
- Business Analyst background is a plus.
- Able to work in changing, demanding environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, structured problem solver with analytical and critical thinking.
