Product Manager - Branded Products (Emerging Markets)

About the Role Product Manager - Branded Products (Emerging Markets) is responsible for developing and executing country-specific marketing strategies for branded formulations, driving growth in EMs, managing P&L and brand health across markets. What You'll Do

• Review and support preparation of the launch plan in coordination with the country resource, including product understanding, competition mapping, patient opportunity, patient journey, and desk + digital research.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies; manage brand and BU promotion budgets and P&L; drive sales to achieve targets.
• Manage profitability of assigned therapy and country; forecast sales and budget planning (revenue and expenses).
• Define strategic priorities for the brand/category; conceptualize and execute country-specific marketing strategies to gain market share for branded formulations.
• Develop and execute marketing tactics (brand repository: print + digital campaigns, congress support for launch and post-launch).
• Conduct monthly reviews with country teams on KPIs; cross-functional collaboration with sales/purchase/medical/market research.
• Develop design and execution of marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns, customer engagement activities.
• Build customer connects and KOL development through CME/Symposia to gather insights and feedback.
• Participate in quarterly meetings with business and country teams to align with business objectives.
• Travel up to 30% for quarterly business meetings. What We're Looking For
• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm and/or MBA (Marketing)
• Experience: 7+ years in marketing, preferably in Emerging Markets branded formulations
• Demonstrated ability to plan launches, manage budgets and P&L, and drive market share growth
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and KOL development skills
