About the Role

Lead Product Manager for Block & File Services within OVHcloud's Public Cloud, responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering the product vision for Block & File services in the IaaS storage market. You will act as a true Business Owner, combining business acumen with technical expertise to shape OVHcloud's value proposition and execution internally and externally.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the IaaS storage market, industry trends and customer needs.

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Block & File services portfolio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize features and build product roadmaps.

• Partner with engineering to design, develop and launch new products and features.

• Ensure products meet customer needs, are scalable and aligned with OVHcloud strategy.

• Develop and maintain technical requirements, product specs and user stories.

• Conduct customer research, collect feedback and analyze market trends to inform product decisions.

• Develop Go-to-Market strategies and launch plans with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

• Create and provide sales enablement materials (product sheets, demos, training).

• Develop and track KPIs to measure product success, customer adoption and revenue growth.

• Communicate product plans, progress and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Build and maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment across teams.

• What We're Looking For

• Multidisciplinary background (Tech, Marketing, Finance) with deep knowledge of the IaaS storage market.

• Ability to synthesize complex information, tell compelling stories and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills with diplomacy in complex environments.

• Operational level of English for an international context.

• Rigorous, autonomous and able to lead the development of complex services (PaaS, SaaS or IaaS) in a fast-evolving tech environment.
