Job title: Product Manager
About the Role A Product Manager will help define problem statements for product feature sets, research product-market fit and positioning, and document business solutions with internal SMEs, stakeholders, client feedback, competition, and creativity. You’ll create process flows, user journeys, and data flow diagrams, and design user interfaces using Avasant’s Standard Design Guidelines, while coordinating with development and testing teams to deliver features per the SDLC. You will also develop product messaging, release notes, user guides, training materials, and collaborate with Marketing on literature and promotional material.
What You'll Do
- Structure problem statements for product feature sets and research product-market fit and positioning.
- Document business solutions with internal SMEs, stakeholders, client feedback, competition, and creativity.
- Create process flows, user journeys, and data flow diagrams; design UI per guidelines.
- Work with Development on 3rd party API integrations, ML/DL models, and technical infrastructure enhancements.
- Collaborate with Development and Testing teams to develop, test, and deploy complete feature sets per SDLC.
- Develop product messaging, release notes, user guides, and relevant training documents.
- Partner with Marketing to create marketing literature, artefacts, and promotional materials.
- Conduct internal and client demos and train stakeholders on new feature sets.
- Maintain product documentation from both internal and client perspectives.
- Support leadership on product pricing, RFIs, and RFPs, and demos for prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in product management.
- Curiosity to analyze the impact of emerging technologies and innovation on different industries.
- Prior experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms; deep technical or development expertise not required.
- Prior knowledge or working on ServiceNow is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines.
- Clear communicator with ability to work across product, engineering, and client teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/geographies.
