The Product Team organisation at Back Market, is a distributed team in New York, Europe and Tokyo as well as fully remote, ensuring a richly diverse mindset in our approach and deliverables and a passion to build interfaces with the user as our focus.
We zoom out to see the bigger picture, but also understand the devil is in the details. We are responsible for the user experience on Back Market, whether that be our customers or professional refurbishers, and through designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating, we evolve it in collaboration with different (and extraordinary) people.
We do this because we want to make the world a better place. Our credentials speak for themselves; we’re certified BCorp, and we’ve prevented 1 million tons of carbon emissions from entering the atmosphere already. A lot of people talk about tech circularity - we’re making it real.
