Job title: Product Manager, AI Security (Senior)
About the Role Cyera has created a new group focused on enabling customers to safely adopt AI. This role is to define enterprise-grade AI security from scratch, spanning discovery, governance for AI agents and models, and data protection controls in a world where models are a new attack surface. You'll work at the edge of what's happening, turning signals into product decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own product initiatives across the AI security lifecycle, including discovering AI sprawl, governing AI agent behavior, and enforcing data protection as models become a primary attack surface.
- Collaborate with world-class R&D teams, engage CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies to understand real-world constraints.
- Partner with GTM to translate customer needs into product direction and drive impact quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Synthesize signals from a rapidly evolving market to frame and prioritize product decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong track record in B2B product management, ideally in security, data, or enterprise SaaS; passion and curiosity to build great products in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional product taste and ability to craft delightful user experiences.
- Deep understanding of how large organizations operate: compliance, procurement cycles, the gap between security wants and deployable solutions.
- Clear point of view on AI and where enterprise security is headed.
- Comfortable presenting to enterprise architects and diving into research papers when new information drops.
- Thrive on ambiguity, move with urgency, enjoy fast-paced environments.
