About the Role
Join Zapier to help HR teams automate and scale people operations with AI. This role focuses on delivering AI-powered tools across hiring, onboarding, governance, and employee experience to reduce manual work and boost impact. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable product features.
What You'll Do

Define product requirements for AI-powered HR features (hiring material generation, onboarding workflows, referrals, governance, and HR ops automation).

Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customer success to deliver scalable integrations with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools.

Gather customer feedback, measure adoption and impact, and drive iterative improvements.

Ensure safety and governance, including BYOM, AI guardrails, and data privacy practices.

Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and templates to accelerate customer value.

What We're Looking For

Experience in product management or product marketing in HR tech, AI, or operations tooling.

Strong understanding of HR workflows (hiring, onboarding, performance, offboarding, governance).

Ability to write user stories, define success metrics, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and governance, data privacy, and security considerations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Zapier platform or automation tooling.

Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and integrations.
