Job title: Product Manager, Access & Identity
About the Role Join Cato Networks as a Product Manager for the Access & Identity team, driving the ZTNA and remote access offerings within our SASE platform. You will work cross-functionally to solve customer pain points with product enhancements and help grow Cato’s leadership in the secure cloud networking space.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success to deliver best-in-class network and security services in the market.
- Break down strategic product goals into actionable tasks and manage execution across all relevant departments.
- Conduct product research, write detailed product design documents, and manage end-to-end execution to deliver the feature.
- Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
- Travel about once a quarter to meet our customers and partners face to face.
- Work hard and enjoy the journey as part of a fast-moving, innovative team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of B2B product management experience in enterprise security software.
- Technical background: 4-7 years as a software developer, security researcher, product owner, security engineer or professional services engineer, or senior support engineer.
- Vast experience with security solutions such as SSE, SASE, remote access (VPN clients and clientless), Cloud Security and Enterprise Browsers.
- Proven leadership with ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Business-driven, customer-first attitude; able to support sales in securing new business.
- Strong product vision with experience in market and user research, competitive analysis, and acting on user feedback.
- Strong presentation skills to internal and external audiences.
- High level of UX understanding and ability to collaborate with UX experts.
- Experience with SaaS platforms is an advantage.
- Computer science degree is an advantage.
