About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Lead Italy and Greece, the Product Manager develops and executes the local market plan for the assigned product(s) within Italy. The role ensures alignment between regional brand strategy and country-level implementation, driving impactful execution and consistency across markets.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with IMCO to represent Italy's strategic needs, drive launch readiness, ensure alignment of brand strategies, and deploy marketing plans across the country.
- Oversee AMI plans and activities and augment in-country capabilities to disseminate medical education.
- Develop and execute the local strategy, including planning, core campaigns, and annual marketing plan; lead go-to-market/launch strategy and ensure alignment with regional priorities.
- Lead new product launch planning and implementation; coordinate with Medical Affairs, Price & Trade Channel, and Business Excellence to ensure cohesive execution.
- Build capabilities in digital marketing to differentiate the market and drive growth; adapt international materials and develop local materials for country use.
- Work with KOLs and Strategic Communications to convey the product message; plan and execute pre-launch and launch tactics.
- Develop guidelines for local marketing coordinators on KOL programs and monitor promotional materials.
- Ensure timely preparation, translation, approval, and execution of promotional material in line with the brand/product communication plan.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment; ensure country execution is aligned with regional priorities.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Strategic Communications to plan coordinated approaches to overall strategy.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing; digital marketing experience and exposure to regional or international environments are highly desirable.
- Additional marketing qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage key brand portfolios effectively.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to shape vision.
- Solid project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
