Product Management - Sr Advisor II

About your role

Lead business development and strategic partnerships for Financial Solutions app markets across digital banking, core banking, and surrounding solutions. The role will identify, pursue, negotiate, and launch net-new partnerships that fill product gaps, expand client value, and generate revenue.

This leader will combine strong external relationship-building and commercial judgment with enough product fluency to determine when Fiserv should enhance an internal product versus partner externally.

What you'll do

  • Build and actively manage a pipeline of net-new partners across digital banking, core banking, and surrounding solutions.

  • Engage prospective partners, shape joint value propositions, and move opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation, agreement, and launch.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue sharing, referral, reseller, licensing, distribution, performance commitments, and other partnership terms.

  • Maintain a focused view of existing partnerships and market gaps to prioritize the highest-value business development opportunities.

  • Develop concise business cases that assess client demand, revenue potential, strategic fit, time to market, and whether to enhance an internal product or partner externally.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, and Legal to define the offering, complete due diligence, and launch partnerships successfully.

  • Experience you'll need to have

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product partnerships, fintech, enterprise software, or related technology roles.

  • Proven success sourcing net-new partners, building senior external relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and converting opportunities into launched offerings and revenue.

  • Strong financial-services knowledge across digital banking, core banking, and surrounding solutions.

  • Strong commercial judgment across revenue-sharing, referral, reseller, licensing, distribution, and marketplace models.

  • Ability to build clear business cases and align product, technology, sales, finance, and legal stakeholders around partnership decisions.

  • Experience that would be great to have

  • Experience building partnerships for app markets, fintech ecosystems, marketplaces, or platform businesses.

  • Experience creating joint go-to-market and revenue-sharing models.

  • How you'll work

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Travel requirements will align with the approved requisition.

  • This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.

  • It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.

  • Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.
