About the Role The Product Lawyer provides legal support to TransUnion Canada to ensure product development complies with regulatory requirements and aligns with applicable laws. You will partner with product, engineering, privacy, and business teams to advise on risk, negotiate agreements, and enable compliant, innovative data-driven products.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal counsel on product development initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and other applicable laws.
- Advise on products/services or technology, review and negotiate contracts, and support commercial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Manage multiple priorities and internal/external resources while maintaining clear documentation.
