How can you make an impact?
We are seeking a Product Information Center Representative with expertise in supporting K-12 sales teams by serving as a central point of contact for complex product questions. This role researches inquiries across curriculum, content, digital functionality, pricing, and classroom implementation, collaborates with product, marketing, platform operations, and support teams to deliver accurate responses, maintains and shares product knowledge, tracks inquiry trends, and supports sales tools, eCommerce setup, lifecycle management, and documentation.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Answer inquiries by Sales Representatives, Curriculum Specialists, and customer support teams.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve product related issues with high urgency.
- Use online tools, print resources and a network of experts to resolve product questions.
- Work with Product Marketing and Academic Design to transfer product knowledge.
- Create and maintain sales tools to assist with product demonstrations, trainings and placing orders.

The pay range for this position is between $36,600 - $46,875 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
