About the Role Sumsub is seeking a Product GTM Manager to drive the global expansion of our KYB solution across markets. You will own the global Go-to-Market strategy, lead the sales strategy across major markets, and enable cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption. Sumsub is a leading full-cycle verification platform enabling scalable compliance, with no-code analytics/workflows and over 4,000 clients worldwide.
From identity and business verification to ongoing monitoring, our platform adapts to different risk appetites and market demands, ensuring global compliance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a global Go-to-Market strategy of the solutions in scope
- Lead the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives
- Support product adoption within key customer groups globally
- Support high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert
- Lead the enablement of all relevant teams on the solution in scope
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring revenue targets and business KPIs are met
- Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, drive sales in key industries and adoption within key customer groups
- Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning
- Work closely with marketing, product, legal, sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling KYB products is a must
- Deep understanding of the KYB trends, including industry and geographic specificities and competitive landscapes
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets
- Proven track record of bringing new complex products to the market
- Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers
- Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people
- Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
