Job Description
- We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to drive market growth, expand product reach, and take full ownership of the performance of our product portfolio.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Build and execute growth strategies for target markets, backed by customer research, data, and competitive intelligence
- Own product strategy end to end, from positioning and differentiation to go-to-market and lifecycle management
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal amp; Compliance, and leadership around a bold product vision
- Track KPIs, run monthly performance reviews, and prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership
- Develop digital-first product strategies that improve user experience, adoption, and retention
- Lead and mentor an Associate Product Growth Manager toward independent product ownership
Requirements
What were looking for:
- 4+ years in product management, product strategy, or business development
- 2+ years driving product growth in financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B/B2C environment
- A track record of taking products from strategy to profitability
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with real commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
- Bonus: agile experience, and exposure to investment products or financial services
Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
