Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our platform.

In this remote role, you will be instrumental in scaling our product, community, and business from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on implementing innovative strategies for user acquisition, fostering community engagement, and enhancing user retention.

You will leverage your deep understanding of growth marketing principles, referral mechanisms, and customer acquisition funnels to achieve measurable outcomes. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a product, community, business, or platform from zero.

• Demonstrable results supported by measurable growth outcomes.

• Strong understanding of African and/or diaspora communities.

• Experience with user acquisition, growth marketing, referrals, retention, or product growth.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to work independently and execute across strategy, content, outreach, partnerships, and experimentation.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage environment.

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and retention metrics.

• Proactive, highly resourceful, and execution-focused.

• Genuine interest in product-led and community-driven growth.
