This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented freelance Product Feed Manager for a two-month project leading the management, optimization, and performance of product data feeds across commerce and digital marketing platforms. This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, performance marketing, data operations, and product catalog management.

The Product Feed Manager will be responsible for ensuring product feeds are accurate, optimized, and aligned to business objectives across key channels including Google Shopping, Performance Max, retail media platforms, and other commerce ecosystems. This individual will partner closely with media teams, analytics teams, client stakeholders, and platform partners to drive feed quality, operational excellence, and ongoing performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Product Feed Management

  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of product feeds across multiple commerce and marketing platforms.

  • Monitor feed health, data quality, and product catalog integrity to ensure accurate product representation.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve feed-related issues impacting campaign performance, product visibility, and reporting accuracy.

  • Manage product taxonomy, categorization, and attribute optimization initiatives.

  • Performance and Optimization

  • Partner with media and commerce teams to improve feed performance and support business goals.

  • Recommend feed enhancements that increase product discoverability, conversion performance, and catalog quality.

  • Support product feed strategies across Google Shopping, Performance Max, retail media networks, and additional commerce channels.

  • Analyze feed performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Data Analysis and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular audits and QA reviews of product feeds and catalog data.

  • Use advanced spreadsheet and analytical tools to investigate issues, validate data accuracy, and identify trends.

  • Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to monitor feed performance, health metrics, and operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with client teams, media teams, product experts, and technical stakeholders to prioritize feed-related initiatives.

  • Coordinate implementation of feed updates, enhancements, and testing efforts.

  • Communicate feed performance insights, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Support strategic initiatives related to commerce, catalog management, and digital product experiences.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce operations, product feed management, catalog management, or related commerce disciplines.

  • Hands-on experience managing product feeds within platforms such as Google Merchant Center and other feed management solutions.

  • Experience supporting Google Shopping and/or Performance Max campaigns.

  • Experience working with Meta Commerce, Microsoft Ads, retail media networks, and marketplace ecosystems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex feed and catalog issues.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Experience performing data validation, quality assurance, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, ChannelAdvisor/Rithum, or similar feed management platforms.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and product catalog optimization best practices.

  • Exposure to international eCommerce operations or global product catalogs.
