About the Role Factorial is looking for a Product Engineer to help us build and scale our AI-Driven Operations Domain, providing tools to managers and HR managers in recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings. You’ll be at the forefront of developing tools that improve how companies take care of their people.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale AI-driven tools in the HR/Operations domain.
- Work on agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, and probabilistic systems on top of our Ruby on Rails and React stack.
- Ship robust software used by thousands of companies and ensure it actually works, not just talk about it.
- Collaborate with a team of 200+ product engineers to deliver impactful solutions that simplify HR.
