Join Factorial as a Product Engineer to help build and scale our AI-driven Talent Domain, making AI a core part of how people work, decide, and grow. You’ll help create tools for managers and HR in recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings, enabling companies to take better care of their people—their most valuable asset. What You'll Do

Build and scale the AI-driven Talent Domain, delivering tools for managers and HR in recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings.

Develop agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, and probabilistic systems on top of our Ruby on Rails and React stack.

Ship end-to-end features with a bias toward impact and measurable results, not just debate or documentation.

Collaborate with Factorial's Engineering team (200+ product engineers) to craft reliable, fast software that makes HR simpler for thousands of companies. What We're Looking For

Comfort with building scalable web applications on Ruby on Rails and React is a plus; passion for HR tech is a plus. Nice to Have
