Join Factorial as a Product Engineer to help redefine how AI powers the future of Business Management software. We want engineers who treat AI as central to their craft, who prefer building and shipping over endless debates, and who care about measurable impact from problem definition to delivery. This is not a maintenance role — the domain is expanding and there is real engineering work to do in AI-driven finance. What You'll Do
- Define problems and design AI-powered features in the Finance domain, from ideation through to measuring the impact of shipped work.
- Build and ship end-to-end solutions, owning the lifecycle beyond just writing code for tickets.
- Contribute to agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, and probabilistic systems built on our Rails/React stack.
