Job title: Product Engineer – 15 Ton Hot Pressing Furnace
About the Role Our team focuses on delivering high-precision hot pressing furnace technology. This role involves understanding and communicating the capabilities of the 15 Ton Hot Pressing Furnace, including its larger chamber, higher force frame, and temperature/material specifications, to support customers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical interpretation of HP 15 Ton specifications: 4"x8" and 8"x10" hot zones, 4" stroke, +/- 0.01% accuracy controls, vacuum sealing with metal bellows, etc.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales to respond to customer inquiries and applications.
- Help maintain product drawings, options, and application notes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of high-temperature, high-force furnaces and materials processing.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex specifications (temperatures up to 2600°C in batch configuration, 15 Ton load frame, etc).
- Experience with vacuum seals and hydraulic press systems desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with hot pressing processes, ceramic, molybdenum, tungsten, graphite materials.
