We are seeking a creative, collaborative Product Enablement & Engagement Manager to strengthen connection, learning, and engagement across the Product Management organization.

This role has two core areas of focus. First, they will own and evolve the internal engagement strategy for Product Management, creating programs and experiences that strengthen connection, participation, knowledge sharing, and community. Second, they will help execute the broader Product Management training and enablement strategy established by team leadership and the Senior Manager, Product Enablement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong communication and content-creation skills with curiosity, organization, and initiative. The successful candidate will have meaningful ownership of internal engagement while building deeper expertise in enablement and adult learning through close partnership and mentorship with a senior enablement practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Engagement Strategy & Communications

  • Own and evolve the internal engagement strategy for the Product Management organization, with a focus on strengthening connection, participation, knowledge sharing, and community.

  • Develop an annual engagement calendar and programs aligned to organizational priorities, key moments, and employee needs.

  • Create engaging communications and content across channels and formats, including presentations, written communications, videos, campaigns, events, and interactive experiences.

  • Partner with Product Management leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and translate them into actionable programs and communications.

  • Experiment with new formats and approaches to increase participation and make internal communications more relevant, accessible, and compelling.

  • Gather feedback and engagement data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously refine the strategy.

  • Partner with the broader Communications team to ensure engagement messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Product Management priorities.

  • Enablement Content Development & Program Execution

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Product Enablement to execute the broader Product Management training and enablement strategy.

  • Create learning and enablement content in a variety of formats, including presentations, facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, reference materials, videos, and on-demand learning.

  • Work with subject-matter experts to gather information, validate content, and translate complex product, process, and business concepts into practical learning experiences.

  • Apply established adult-learning and instructional design practices under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Product Enablement.

  • Support program delivery by coordinating content readiness, participant communications, learning materials, timelines, and follow-up activities; assist with facilitation when appropriate.

  • Refresh and maintain enablement materials as tools, products, processes, and organizational priorities evolve.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Build strong working relationships with Product Managers, Product leaders, subject-matter experts, Communications, Technical Writing, and other cross-functional partners.

  • Participate in planning and working sessions to understand upcoming priorities and identify engagement or enablement opportunities.

  • Gather learner and stakeholder feedback and track agreed-upon participation, satisfaction, and engagement measures to improve future programs and content.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee and learner experience, content quality, or program execution within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, internal communications, employee engagement, content development, or a related field.

  • Strong writing, editing, and content-development skills with the ability to simplify complex information and adapt it for different audiences and formats.

  • Experience creating engaging presentations, learning materials, internal communications, multimedia content, or employee experiences.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, tools, and subject matter quickly.

  • Ability to independently own defined work while seeking guidance and incorporating feedback when appropriate.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including comfort working with subject-matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience with learning management systems, e-learning or content-authoring tools, video tools, or knowledge-management platforms is a plus; experience in SaaS, technology, or Product Management environments is preferred.

  • Key Success Factors

  • Builds and executes a thoughtful internal engagement strategy that strengthens connection, participation, and knowledge sharing across Product Management.

  • Turns broad objectives into creative, practical programs and content, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Creates clear, engaging, audience-centered content that helps Product Managers understand, participate, learn, and apply what matters.

  • Uses engagement data, learner feedback, and stakeholder input to improve programs and experiences over time.

  • Reliably manages deliverables, details, and deadlines while proactively communicating risks, needs, and next steps.

  • Builds productive relationships across teams and demonstrates openness to coaching while steadily increasing enablement and instructional-design capability.

  • Role Partnership & Development

  • This role has direct ownership of Product Management internal engagement, including the opportunity to build and evolve the strategy over time.

  • For Product Management enablement, the role partners closely with the Senior Manager, Product Enablement, who serves as a senior functional partner and mentor. The Senior Manager, Product Enablement provides guidance on learning strategy, instructional design, adult-learning practices, and enablement methodology, while the Product Enablement & Engagement Manager helps bring that strategy to life through content development, program execution, communications, and learner engagement.

  • This structure provides meaningful ownership from the start while creating a clear development path for deeper expertise and increased responsibility within Product Enablement.

  • What This Role Is - and Isn't

  • This role combines ownership of internal Product Management engagement with hands-on enablement content creation and program execution. It is designed for someone who wants to build an engagement strategy while continuing to develop their craft in learning and enablement.

  • This is not a second enablement strategy-owner role. The broader training and enablement strategy is established by team leadership and the Senior Manager, Product Enablement; this role is responsible for helping operationalize and execute that strategy while bringing its own strategic ownership to internal engagement.
