About the Role Ubisoft Montreal is seeking a Product Director, Knowledge to guide the Knowledge stream within the AI Initiatives team. You will transform distributed knowledge into accessible, machine-readable foundations that support AI-driven products and internal tools, while balancing long-term vision with hands-on contribution. This role blends leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and practical prototyping to advance AI best practices across Ubisoft.
What You'll Do
- Shape and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge stream, aligned with AI Initiatives priorities
- Support the creation of knowledge ingestion pipelines that connect enterprise sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, repositories, databases, and media files
- Enable products that focus on data extraction, enrichment, classification, and embedding, turning information into usable knowledge
- Help design knowledge structures including graphs, relationships, ontologies, and taxonomies that reflect how information connects across the organization
- Advocate for the separation of knowledge from presentation, allowing information to be reused, queried, and rendered across multiple contexts
- Collaborate directly on prototypes and early solutions, validating ideas by building and testing practical use cases
- Work in partnership with engineering, platform, security, and data governance teams to integrate the knowledge layer responsibly and effectively
- Foster a supportive, high-trust product and technical environment that values learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience guiding complex product platforms, with comfort moving between strategy and hands-on contribution
- Confidence working with technical systems, data pipelines, and developer tools in collaborative settings
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data and how knowledge can be represented and connected
- Enjoyment of building, prototyping, and iterating, including with AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, thoughtful, and inclusive ways
- Experience working across product, engineering, and governance partners
- A collaborative leadership approach that encourages participation and shared accountability
