About the Role
Join Alstom in Stockholm as a full-time Product Development Manager. You will lead program development activities, ensuring delivery of system and product items in line with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, and act as the technical interface for stakeholders across the program lifecycle. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coordinate engineering work, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, and Industrialization. What You'll Do

Organize and drive the program development process and continuous improvement

Prepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) with the program core and support teams

Review engineering plans for EMP alignment and participate in reviews

Capture return of experience and drive continuous improvement actions

Lead program development activities to deliver program items according to QCD commitments

Ensure the product/system reaches committed performance levels

Drive design-to-cost initiatives to reduce deployment and unit costs

Validate engineering decision-making with program stakeholders

Support other departments (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensure cross-functional alignment

Organize and lead internal and external Change Control Boards (CCBs)

Support the Program Manager on engineering cost and planning What We're Looking For

Engineering degree (preferably embedded systems)

Previous experience leading global teams

Experience planning agile product development processes

Experience in configuration and change management

Experience in development of embedded software and hardware

Knowledge about cyber security standards is a plus

Ability to work transversally with engineering teams

Good communication and problem solving mindset

Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage Nice to Have
