About the Role The Product Development Finance Analyst will support the Precision & Electric PD organization control activities, collaborating with P&E PD functions, Precision Tech Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Product Portfolio teams to monitor new product initiatives against target commitments. This role can be based in Sioux Falls, SD or Oak Brook, IL and embraces CNH Industrial's hybrid work environment (three days onsite, two days remote). What You'll Do
- Collect data for business case assumptions: revenues, volumes expected, capital investments, product contents, quality, logistic costs, pricing, AMS impact
- Perform financial analysis of new product programs aligning with Strategic Business Plan assumptions
- Develop, monitor and report financial impacts of product programs (budget preparation, ROI analysis, cash flow) and present results
