Section: About the Role The company is seeking its first Product Design Team to lead product design, improve user experience and establish design processes across its software products.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design across the full product development process.
- Conduct user research and interviews.
- Collaborate with engineering teams from prototyping to product release.
- Work with product, strategy and partnerships teams.
- Establish efficient design processes.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of additional design talent.
Section: Requirements
- 5 years of software product design, UI and UX experience.
- Experience conducting user interviews.
- Experience designing enterprise software for desktop and mobile.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, Hotjar, GitHub and Notion.
- Experience building design teams and processes.
- Geospatial application design experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript or React is an advantage.
