JOB DESCRIPTION

As a contingent Product Designer, you'll help shape experiences across clients' ads ecosystem, with a focus on Campaign Management, Reporting, Account Management, Billing, permissions, and identity. You'll translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive products that help advertisers understand performance, optimize outcomes, and manage their accounts effectively.

You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, solve meaningful problems, and deliver thoughtful experiences from early concepts through polished implementation.

What You'll Do

• Design powerful, easy-to-use features for advertisers of varying sizes and levels of sophistication.

• Simplify complex workflows and build trust across client's ads platform.

• Drive alignment through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentations.

• Identify strategic opportunities to improve advertiser and ad experiences.

• Contribute across the full design lifecycle, including systems thinking, detailed workflows, and final delivery.

• Who You Might Be

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web and mobile applications.

• Strong product sensibilities with a mix of B2B and B2C experience. Experience in advertising tooling is a plus.

• Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations

• Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company

• Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
