About the Role
As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you’ll shape intuitive digital products from initial flows and wireframes through polished, consistent interfaces. Working within a Monks delivery team, you’ll collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and clients to turn complex requirements into user-focused experiences that ship. You’ll also work alongside AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex and help advance agentic design and engineering practices.
