About the Role Moment is hiring a Product Designer to help define what financial software should look and feel like. You'll shape the foundation of how an entire industry works, designing complex B2B products that are beautiful, fast, and genuinely usable for demanding professionals. You’ll establish a design language that sets the standard for the wealth space and beyond, and you’ll use AI tools to prototype and validate ideas quickly.
What You'll Do
- Define and design complex B2B financial software that becomes the standard for the industry.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver ambitious, distinctive experiences; define systems and ship polished work across different levels of abstraction.
- Navigate from foundational design frameworks to the smallest interaction details; articulate, lead, and execute work spanning research, design, and prototyping; leverage AI tools to prototype and validate ideas quickly.

- 2+ years of experience designing products.
- Passion for making all products beautiful.
- Eagerness to build the foundation and set the design standard for tools in the wealth space.
- An eye for tiny details and how things feel.
- Experience using AI tools to experiment, prototype, and validate ideas, designs, and workflows.
- The ability to just go figure stuff out.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $175K to $275K per year; Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses.
