About the role
Product Designer II - AiPrise Bengaluru, onsite. Full time. Minimum 4 years of full-time in-house product design. Contract, freelance, agency and internship periods do not count toward the minimum. Compensation structure will be confirmed during screening. AiPrise is a YC S22, Series A company building global KYC/KYB, risk and compliance products. Own design for a defined feature area from discovery through implementation and launch. Design for compliance analysts, managers configuring rules, business customers completing verification and customer-facing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex workflows into clear journeys, information architecture, prototypes and implementation-ready designs.
- Own medium-complexity projects with minimal oversight, including edge cases, error states and implementation quality.
- Use customer conversations, usability testing and product analytics to validate decisions.
- Apply and extend design systems. Balance usability, craft, business priorities, technical constraints and delivery speed.
- Partner closely with product and engineering, communicate rationale and contribute to reviews.
Requirements

4+ qualifying full-time product-design years in product companies.

Portfolio demonstrating problem framing, research, trade-offs, individual ownership and shipped features, not just final screens.

Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual design and prototyping.

Fintech, consumer technology, B2B SaaS, enterprise or data-heavy product experience. Onboarding, payments, identity, fraud/risk, rule configuration and case-management experience are especially relevant.

Hands-on execution in a lean team and Bengaluru onsite availability.
