The role focuses on developing, tuning, and testing control algorithms, validating proof-of-concept software on field research equipment, and driving continuous improvement to help farmers Believe in Better™. What You'll Do
- Serve as the owner for the design, testing, and productionizing of your products.
- Develop, tune, and test control algorithms.
- Validate proof of concept software on research equipment operating in the field.
- Evaluate field failures and implement design changes.
- Work on continuous improvement projects.
- Interact with product support to resolve field issues.
- Use cutting-edge engineering design, modeling, and rapid prototyping tools to assist in research and invention of new product designs.
