👀 The Role

As a Product Design Director, you will ensure craft, quality and ambition remain central to how we build, as we scale. You will lead Product Design, shape company wide experience direction, and embed Design in the most important product decisions. This is a role with real influence, accountable for how Midnite feels across every surface and responsible for raising the bar as we grow.

You will:

• Set the vision and strategic direction for Product Design at Midnite, ensuring design plays a key role in shaping our product and customer experience.

• Lead and develop our Product Design team, building a high-performing function with exceptional standards of craft, ownership and creativity.

• Own the quality and consistency of the end-to-end experience across native apps, web and internal platforms.

• Partner with Product, Engineering and senior leadership to influence product strategy, challenge thinking and shape key business decisions.

• Establish a clear, long-term design vision, translating customer needs and business goals into exceptional product experiences.

• Drive the evolution of our design systems, ensuring quality, consistency and speed as we scale.

• Provide creative direction on our most complex and high-impact initiatives, staying close to the craft and raising the bar for design excellence.

• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Growth, CRM and Games to create a cohesive experience across every customer touchpoint.

• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to improve how we design, collaborate and build.

• Shape the future of our design function, evolving its structure, capabilities and ways of working as Midnite grows.
