• Senior Product Delivery Manager/Project manager - supporting the development of a new Workplace Events Management platform in Jersey City. The platform will replace the existing IEMS system and bring event registration, venues, catering, AV, Zoom, amenities, budgets, approvals, cost centers, and related systems together.
• The existing platform supports approximately 85% of global internal events.
• It handles approximately 50,000 events, up to 200,000 sessions, and more than 2.2 million registration requests annually.
• Occasional day trips to Delaware may be required.

About the Role

Senior Product Delivery Manager supporting the modernization of a workplace events management platform. The role will consolidate multiple systems including event registration, venues, catering, AV, amenities, budgets, approvals, and cost centers into one centralized solution.

Must-Have

• 7+ years of Product Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Project Management experience

• Strong Agile, Jira, backlog, roadmap, and user-story experience

• Experience with platform modernization, system integration, or legacy-system replacement

• Ability to prioritize scope and make difficult delivery decisions

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

• Experience coordinating distributed technology and business teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and delivery milestones

• Define MVP and alpha-phase scope

• Gather requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria

• Coordinate integrations across multiple business and technology systems

• Partner with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders

• Keep teams accountable for timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

• Support the existing legacy platform with limited production activities

• Coordinate with teams in Delaware, India, and Jersey City

• Ensure solutions can scale across multiple locations and global users

• Nice to Have

• Events management, workplace technology, facilities, or amenities experience

• Experience with global platform rollouts

• AI, agentic AI, API, cloud, or data-platform exposure

• Experience building centralized dashboards or command-center solutions

• Experience with budgets, approvals, cost centers, or financial reconciliation
