Product Data & Assets Specialist
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to help maintain accurate product information and digital assets for customer-facing websites. This person will update product records, organize product images, manage metadata and tags, and ensure content is complete and ready for publication. This is a hands-on, process-driven role ideal for someone with experience in product data, eCommerce content, catalog management, digital assets, data entry, or content operations. Training on the company’s systems and processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Create and update product records and SKU information.

Maintain product images, digital assets, metadata, and tags.

Connect the correct images and assets to the appropriate products.

Review product content for accuracy and completeness.

Help prepare product data and assets for website publication.

Support product content and asset cleanup projects.

Track outstanding information and follow up with stakeholders.

Troubleshoot missing or incorrect product data and assets.

Collaborate with Product, Brand, Digital, Marketing, and Web teams.

Follow documented processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in product data, eCommerce content, catalog management, digital assets, content operations, data entry, or a similar role.

Technical
Skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Additional qualifications include strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The role requires independent work, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with product information, SKUs, website content, images, or metadata.

Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Experience supporting eCommerce, product, brand, marketing, or digital teams.
