About this role
The Product Builder I is responsible for assembling, repairing, inspecting, and testing medical products by following established processes, work instructions, and quality requirements. The role involves setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining clean tools and equipment, recording production information accurately, disposing of hazardous waste properly, and resolving routine production issues. The employee will work with engineers to identify process improvement opportunities, make routine recommendations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and train other employees when required. The position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, maintain required certifications, follow English-language work instructions, and sit or stand for extended periods. Experience with soldering, hand and power tools, catheters, cleanroom environments, Lean Manufacturing, microscopes, accurate production documentation, and employee training is preferred.
