As a Producer at Marsh Risk in Toronto, you will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized Property & Casualty accounts, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expanding existing relationships. The role requires a strong local network within the Greater Toronto business community, including relationships with CFOs, Treasury, Finance, and Legal professionals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing competitive proposals, and delivering custom product solutions. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
