About the Role The Procurement Strategy Expert will lead the development and implementation of ZF's global end-to-end procurement strategy within ZF Active Safety GmbH in Koblenz. You will drive cross-functional strategies, cost optimization and transparency to support P&L improvements, and oversee supplier events, sourcing conferences, and process governance as Global Process Owner. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of the global end-to-end procurement strategy.
- Develop cross-functional strategies to meet business requirements.
- Drive cost optimization and transparency to support P&L improvements.
- Manage supplier events and sourcing conferences.
- Support users as Global Process Owner (GPO) through training, problem solving and process governance.
- Lead improvement initiatives related to processes or systems based on user feedback and data analysis. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a comparable field.
- 3–5 years of solid professional experience in professional purchasing (e.g., technical purchasing, category purchasing, purchasing project management, purchasing management, etc.). Nice to Have
