Job title: Procurement Specialist
About the Role You will be responsible for ordering parts and services to enable manufacturing operations. You will be communicating with suppliers on a daily basis, following up with orders and approving invoices to release payments for completed work. All information is updated on SAP.
What You'll Do
- Process purchase orders for parts and services to support manufacturing operations.
- Communicate with suppliers daily to track orders and resolve issues.
- Follow up on order status and approve invoices to release payments.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP (MRP module).
What We're Looking For
- Well-organized individual with strong supplier management skills.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- SAP experience, especially MRP module, is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a Tier-1 automotive supplier environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 70k+ USD per year depending on experience. Standard benefits package.
