Procurement Specialist

United Elevators is hiring Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Badr City.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve competitive purchasing conditions.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, quotations, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure timely material availability.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders and deliveries and resolve any supply, quality, or delivery issues.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and act as the main point of contact for procurement-related matters.
• Compare quotations and support purchasing decisions based on cost, quality, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing and supplier performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Planning, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing activities.

• Previous experience in the manufacturing/or/MEP construction sector is preferred.

• Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.

• Experience in reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Good command of English.

• Professional user of Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred; Odoo experience is a plus
