Job title: Procurement Manager - Hydropower
About the Role
The role is responsible for procurement management within ANDRITZ Hydropower, including PO expediting, negotiations, claims handling, supplier evaluation and development, and logistics of supplies. You will coordinate the group’s tasks, ensuring KPIs are met and aligning with HRIS/objectives. The position also oversees goods receipt and compliance with Andritz Hydro Group regulations, and manages SRM-system activities and AUTO-PO/Shopping Portal processes where applicable.
What You'll Do
- Lead procurement management for hydropower projects including expediting purchase orders, negotiations, claims handling, supplier evaluation and development, and logistics of supplies.
- Coordinate the personnel within the Purchasing Group regarding assigned tasks and responsibilities; ensure compliance with KPIs and HRIS objectives.
- Process purchase orders and proposals, manage supplier payments, and oversee goods receipt management.
- Ensure compliance with Andritz Hydro Group regulations and communicate requirements to suppliers and contractors.
- Manage results within the SRM system and execute AUTO-PO and Shopping Portal processes where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- English – Advanced.
- At least 6 years of technical experience, not necessarily in procurement.
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment (electrical panels/switchboards, MCCs, cables, installation materials, electrical instrumentation).
