Veloche is seeking a skilled Procurement Executive with expertise in joinery, interior fit-out, and building materials to join our expanding team.

This role is crucial for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring essential materials to support our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure joinery materials, hardware, fittings, and building materials
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Request and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with project, production, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely material availability
• Ensure materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement within the joinery, interior fit-out, or building materials industry
• Good knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, timber, hardware, fittings, and related materials
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
